1. The data controller

The data controller is the Seller identified in Section 1. Data protection enquiries may be sent to the e-mail address below.

2. What data we process and why

Order fulfilment: name, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number and order details. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Retention: for the period required by accounting legislation.

Newsletter and water care tips: e-mail address, name and any pool details provided voluntarily (type, brand, capacity). Legal basis: consent, which may be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in each e-mail.

Reorder reminders: a due date calculated from the pool details provided when ordering. Legal basis: consent.

3. Recipients

Payments are processed by Stripe and deliveries are carried out by a courier service; they receive only the data necessary to perform their respective tasks. The data are stored within the European Economic Area.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may withdraw your consent. Requests are received at the e-mail address below and answered within one month at the latest.

Complaints may be lodged with the data protection supervisory authority of the consumer's country of residence; in Hungary this is the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (naih.hu).

5. Cookies

The webshop uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation (shopping cart, language and country selection, recognition of returning subscribers). No marketing or tracking cookies are used.
