Withdrawal – cancelling your order

You may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. Just enter your order number and the e-mail address used when ordering, and we will handle the rest: we will confirm your withdrawal by e-mail and send you the return instructions.

For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened water treatment products; unopened products may be returned. Refunds are made within 14 days at the latest, using the original means of payment.
